Cellbond will support the International Research Council on Biomechanics of Injury (IRCOBI) by sponsoring the IRCOBI 2020 Conference. The conference is a key event in the impact safety calendar, aiming to improve road user safety. Up to 280 members will attend. Members are elected on their individual merit instead of representing specific countries, corporations, academic institutions or government agencies. IRCOBI Members are experts in conducting and encouraging research on biomechanics and injury mechanisms.
IRCOBI Council members have considerable experience in impact biomechanics, crash investigation, injury assessment and outcomes, blast and sports injuries, constitutive modelling and passive safety research. They are in a unique position to identify areas where further basic and applied research can produce substantial improvements in road user safety. Cellbond is therefore proud to be able to support the Council again this year.
