Training

To ensure Cellbond has the ability to adapt to the evolving marketplace it is essential that our staff have the necessary skills and experience to make such a transition as smooth as possible. In the interests of our personnel, and the company we understand the need for a systematic approach to training and management development. One of our main objectives is to ensure that we have the required level of qualified, skilled and competent employees at all times to offer the optimum level of service to the customer. On a more individual level, we endeavour to assist and encourage the personal development of all employees and provide them with opportunities for progression wherever possible.

It is our duty to provide all our employees with a working environment that is safe,

comfortable and free from risk at all times. Through frequent training and meetings we ensure that our staff are constantly up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations and all our machinery and equipment complies with the applicable guidelines. Our employees realise that they also have a responsibility to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and any other persons who may be affected by their acts or emissions at work. Our health and safety policy is continually reviewed and developed enabling us to consistently provide the safest conditions for all our staff.
