Cellbond have been involved in the field of energy absorption and vehicle safety testing since the company was established in 1988. We offer a full range of aluminium honeycomb deformable crash test barriers that include both frontal and side impact barriers. In addition we also offer a range of energy absorbing materials from the standard aluminium honeycomb absorber to the highly customised PressLoad absorber. Cellbond manufactures a range of lightweight and rigid structural sandwich panels. The ease of machining and the inherent flexibility of the cores mean that a variety of profiled shapes and contoured components can be produced. This part of the company specialises in precision engineering, toolmaking and injection moulding. Precision Tool & Mould offers a full consultancy from initial design through to manufacture and final assembly. Alongside the high quality production services the company also offer an in-house tool repair service where mould tools can be modified, enhanced or refurbished.
